$/hr minimum - $/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)
Responsible for assisting in the implementation of physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of the physical therapist.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
Licenses and Certification Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant licensure or eligible CPR
